Consider this a legacy product. Hen of the Woods made this dip when they first made their Red Wine Vinegar chip back in 2013 for their first chip customer, a local bar. Not much has changed since then when it comes to the recipe, which is super duper secret, and it still holds the crown as the office favorite. It’s got a nice buttermilk flavor, bold onion and finishes just right with the assortment of delicious herbs.
